Абдомінопластика

Абдомінопластика проводиться пацієнтам з ожирінням. Суть операції заключається у видаленні надмірно розтягнутої шкіри з підшкірною клітковиною живота з послідуючою пластикою та ушивання шкіри косметичним швом. Операція являється досить об'ємною і потребує кропіткої передопераційної підготовки.

Перед операцією проводять графічну розмітку шкіри, прогнозований об'єм висічення надлишкової шкіри. Під час оперативного втручання проводять відпрепарування шкіри від передньої черевної стінки, видаляють надлишкову шкіру, переміщують збережену та ушиваю де кільками рядів швів. Обов'язковою умовою є збереження кровопостачання переміщеного пупка. В післяопераційному періоді хворий отримує антибактеріальну та протибольову терапію. Післяопераційний період перебування в стаціонарі в середньому складає 7 діб, з щоденними перев'язками. Шви знімаються не раніше 10 дня. Період фізичного відновлення складає до 30 діб.
