About the protection of data transmitted to the Internet
Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of the Department of Protection Police (hereinafter referred to as VHVS VET) is working hard to protect any data transmitted to the Internet. This privacy policy applies to persons who wish to get acquainted with the services of the Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of the Department of Police Protection and/or the opportunity to study at our institution. It applies only to personal information that is transmitted to the resource vvpu.com.ua.
This privacy policy does not apply to respondents who have completed or are currently undergoing training.
When and what kind of information do we collect?
Your personal information is collected when you fill in the online survey forms and send this data to the VVPU DPO or contact us by phone.
In particular, we record your first name, surname, address of residence, email address, mobile phone number, passport details, educational details and any other information you provide us with additionally. Collecting all this information is very important and may help us in our further cooperation with you.
We adhere to generally accepted standards to protect the information transmitted to us. However, no method of transmitting information to the Internet and storing it electronically is 100% secure. Thus, we make every effort to ensure the security of your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute reliability.
What do we do with your personal data?
By submitting your application form, you agree that we will store and use this information for processing and entering this data into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (hereinafter referred to as the EDEBO).
Who can access your information?
The collected information is transferred to the EDEBO, which is administered by the State Enterprise ‘Inforesource’. This information is also used in the educational process of our institution. We also reserve the right to release your identification information in full in cases of violation of applicable law and in the presence of a document from law enforcement agencies.
